A 35-year-old mother in Alabama is accused of involving her 3-year-old child in trafficking illegal drugs. Authorities found the child carrying about 4.5 pounds of cocaine in a Nike backpack.

Tierra Tocorra Hill was arrested and charged with multiple offenses, including trafficking cocaine and endangering the welfare of a child. The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office received information about Hill keeping a large amount of drugs at her home. Surveillance was set up, leading to the discovery of cocaine and marijuana in her vehicle.

Upon searching Hill’s home, investigators found four children unattended, including a 3-year-old with cocaine in a backpack. Another backpack contained more cocaine and handguns. Sheriff Paul Burch criticized Hill for endangering the children and leaving drugs and weapons within reach.

The narcotics seized had an estimated value of $450,000. Sheriff Burch condemned Hill’s actions, stating that she knowingly put her children at risk by involving them in drug trafficking. He highlighted the danger of a toddler carrying such a significant amount of drugs.
