June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month. This month focuses on the unique challenges men face, like depression, anxiety, and thoughts of suicide. Men are encouraged to talk openly about their mental health to break stigmas and get support. 

Many men don’t speak up about their mental health because society expects them to be strong and silent. Zachary Zoet, a mental health professional, believes it’s important for everyone to learn about mental health because everyone’s struggles are different.
