Actor Sarunas Jackson’s request for a temporary restraining order against actress Keke Palmer has been denied by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge. The court documents, obtained by RadarOnline.com, reveal that the judge rejected the petition filed by Jackson.
Earlier this week, Sarunas filed for a restraining order against Keke and her mother Sharon, labeling Keke as “my brother’s ex-GF & mother of his child.” In his filing, the Insecure star accused Keke of making false accusations against him, including claims of sexual abuse.
Sarunas alleged that Keke had used her celebrity status to spread lies about him and his family, and had harassed and stalked his friends and family on social media. He also claimed that she had attempted to damage his career by reaching out to people in relation to him and spreading false information.
In his petition, Sarunas requested that Keke be ordered to stop harassing him and speaking about him or his family publicly. He also asked for a restraining order that would keep her 150 yards away from him.
Sarunas attached a letter from Keke’s lawyer to Darius’ lawyer, in which Keke expressed concerns about their son being around Darius’ family.
