Fellas, it’s never worth it. Learn to control your emotions. There is nothing the mother of your child or children can do to justify you killing her and turning your child or children into orphans. It’s never worth it!

A man from Texas is accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend in the face in front of their children during a birthday party. The incident resulted in the death of Jalen Whitlock, aged 25, as reported by the Houston police on Sunday. The tragic event occurred in Whitlock’s home while she was celebrating her 6-year-old child’s birthday.

According to a criminal complaint, the accused, Jalin J. Foreman, 27, arrived at Whitlock’s townhome around 8:30 p.m. with the intention of giving his daughter a birthday gift. However, Whitlock had previously informed Foreman that he was not allowed to enter the house.

Upon Foreman’s arrival, Whitlock’s boyfriend, who had been dating her for about a year, answered the door. An argument ensued between Whitlock’s boyfriend and Foreman due to a prior incident where Foreman had shot at Whitlock’s residence. Foreman reportedly threatened violence, escalating the situation.

As tensions rose, Foreman returned to his truck parked in front of the house, while Whitlock’s children were present near the entrance. The argument intensified, prompting Whitlock’s boyfriend to arm himself. Foreman then fired shots, leading to an exchange of gunfire between him and Whitlock’s boyfriend. In the chaos, Whitlock shielded her children and was tragically shot.

Witnesses reported seeing Foreman drive up to the house in a white Chevy Tahoe, shooting multiple times at the townhome. Surveillance footage captured Foreman leaving the scene in the vehicle only to return shortly after. He was seen brandishing a gun, threatening further violence.

Despite the efforts of law enforcement to locate Foreman, he remains at large. Authorities are urging Foreman to surrender and provide an explanation for his actions. As of Monday morning, police continued their search for Foreman.
