A woman named Jasmine Moss was arrested by the Memphis Police Department for child neglect after posting disturbing images on social media. The images showed her 5-year-old daughter waxing the pubic area of adults.
Moss used her Instagram account to promote her hair removal service, which she operated from her home. She claimed to have waxed 24 clients for over eight hours. Moss is scheduled to appear in court on February 21.
