*this section is exclusively for the Dads who are seeking to represent themselves in Family Court. We provide resources to help you navigate the complexities of the Family Court System.

Divorce, child custody, and child support can be incredibly challenging, perhaps the most difficult experiences you will ever face. That’s why it’s important to consider hiring an attorney if you can. However, if you don’t have the financial means to do so or you simply prefer to represent yourself, this is for you.

My main focus here is to help you understand how the Family Court System works so that you can effectively represent yourself for a favorable outcome. My ultimate goal is to ensure that you have access to your children because, all too often, children are used as pawns in the Family Court System to manipulate and financially drain the father. Unless you are a toxic or abusive father, no one has the right to keep you away from your children, including their mother.

I have three exclusive groups for members only: one on Instagram, one on Patreon, and one on Facebook.

Disclaimer: I’m not an attorney, everything I share is based on my personal experience dealing with the Family Court System, both with and without the assistance of an attorney. I also invite professionals and fathers who have gone through similar experiences to share their professional and personal insights. It is important to note that the information provided is not legal advice, but rather a resource to help you navigate the Family Court System.

*on our Patreon and Instagram subscriptions, we provide comprehensive coverage of the following topics:

1. Legal terminology, ethics, and the foundation of the litigation process.
